TURBO 2000

Features:

Automatic coiler TURBO 2000 to make coils of corrugated PVC-PE PP pipe with an external diameter from 20 to 110 mm, and smooth PVC-PE PP pipe with an external diameter from 20 to 63 mm, in which the winding takes place on a horizontal plane to facilitate the transfer of the coil from the winding station to the packaging station. The coiler is equipped with pipe guide , cutting and binding devices automatically. The wound coil is packaged by one or two strapping units with 6/3 bindings with final ejection of the coils. The adjustment of the distance between the flanges and the drum diameter occurs automatically.
